Basic: Platform guides and new release emails, in-product tours, and tool tips, plus resource and help center content.
Premier: Everything in Basic plus an assisted one-time bulk upload of users/font files, assisted font migration and a check in after the first three months annually.
Elite: all of the above including quarterly check ins and a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help manage your platform every step of the way.

User management & desktop setup: Learn everything you need to know on how to set up your users, teams, access privileges, and more.
Monotype’s library and font management: Learn everything you need to know about Monotype’s extensive font Library, search features and font management.
Font migration: Very often our customers require help in importing their non-Monotype fonts to Monotype Fonts.
In order to provide these services, Monotype must access your Monotype Fonts account. When you choose to receive such services, you agree and acknowledge that Monotype will access your Monotype Fonts account to provide these services.
